Service Officer 服務主任

Responsibilities:

–          To provide individual and group counseling service (intake, referrals, crisis intervention and management) to diverse clientele

–          To be responsible as the lead of center operation and administrative matters

–          Supervise center service assistants to uphold service standard.

–          To design and develop mental health education talks, programs and projects includes talks, groups and workshops to various organizations, NGOs and corporate, that support organization’s strategic and operational plan.

–          To liaise with various internal and external parties to promote and co-work mental health related programs and activities. 

Requirements:

–         Master Degree in Counselling or Counseling Psychologist and/or theequivalent

–         Registered member of HKPS or HKPCA

–         A minimum of 2 years’ substantial post-qualification clinical experience.

–         Specialize in specific therapy, e.g family therapy or play therapy is an advantage.

–         Mature with solid experience on administrative and/or project management experience, preferably in community education, professional training, and organizing conferences,

–         Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

–         Good computer literacy on service operation

–       Passionate about serving in the social services sector.

–       Mature,hardworking, creative, outgoing and self-motivated

–       Ability to work independently and in a team.

–       Able to work flexible hours (non-office hours & Saturdays)

–       Work Locations: Kwun Tong/ Tin Shui Wai
